We promise to refund any item you are not happy with providing you return the item to us in its original condition within 10 working days of receipt.
- Please package up the unwanted item(s) in the original condition with labels still attached.
- Fill out the returns note included in your parcel and pop it back in with the item you’re returning back to us. Please make sure all sections have been complete as without these details we may not be able to process your refund. You will have the option to choose if you require a refund or exchange. Exchanges cannot be guaranteed and will be dependent on the availability of stock, however where possible an exchange will be provided. Alternatively we will refund you for the returned items as per our standard policy.
- Please label your parcel with the address that you can find on the delivery note and post back to us using your local Post Office. Please request with a proof of posting. Retain the proof of posting until your refund or exchange has been processed.
We will consider the overall condition of the product returned prior to making a refund and any relevant product packaging should be present as well as the item being in a re-saleable condition.
Please be advised that refunds can take up to 2 weeks to process.
